The Mission As the MCS, you are the bridge between our leadership, our coaches, and our members. You are responsible for telling the D1 story across all platforms, ensuring our members stay connected internally while driving external growth through strategic promotions and elite social media execution. Requirements

The Self-Starter Mentality: You don’t wait for a script. You see a moment on the training floor, you capture it, and you ship it.
Communication IQ: You can take raw management data and distill it into streamlined, concise, and punchy communications that resonate with athletes and parents.
Canva Mastery: You are well-versed in Canva and social media tools, capable of producing high-quality graphics and video content on the fly.
The "People" Factor: You are comfortable walking up to a pro athlete, a 7-year-old scholastic athlete, or a coach to get the content or info you need.
Experience: Proven track record in social media management and content creation.
Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Canva and social media scheduling platforms.
Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to be concise and impactful.
Energy: Must be an outgoing, high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced athletic environment.

Responsibilities

Social Media Execution: Capture, edit, and schedule high-energy posts and stories across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Internal Communication: Keep our community "in the know" through member emails, in-app notifications, and facility announcements.
External Growth: Execute marketing plans for new deals, seasonal promotions, and community events to drive new leads.
The "Bridge" Role: Work directly with coaches to highlight their expertise and with leadership to ensure brand standards are flawlessly met.
Member Outreach: Get comfortable on the phone—you’ll be communicating directly with current and potential members to foster relationships and handle inquiries.
