This position earns a competitive minimum starting rate of $29 an hour. Responsibilities

  • Building and deploying marketing emails, supporting online advertising, social media, sponsorships, tradeshows, and events
  • Reviewing and editing marketing materials to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
  • Serving as a community ambassador, representing Dow Credit Union at local and regional events (yes, occasionally evenings or weekends)
  • Coordinating campaign timelines, schedules, logistics, and vendor support to keep projects moving smoothly
  • Assisting with content development, drafting copy, sourcing visuals, and supporting creative needs
  • Supporting internal communications like newsletters, updates, and key messaging
  • Helping maintain marketing calendars, tools, systems, and databases
  • Tracking basic analytics and performance metrics for campaigns, websites, and social media
  • Managing branded inventory (giveaways, apparel, promotional materials-you know, the fun stuff)
  • Supporting financial literacy and community education initiatives through materials prep and event logistics
  • Assisting with meeting prep, agendas, notes, reporting, documentation, and budget tracking
  • Providing administrative support for vendor relationships, contracts, and invoice processing
  • Using bonus skills like graphic design or short-form video editing (if you've got them!) to help produce eye‑catching creative content
