Job SummaryLeonardo DRS is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join and support our Naval Electronics (NE) business unit! This hands-on and highly collaborative role will provide coordination for a wide range of events such as trade shows, conferences, and web and digital marketing campaigns that effectively align with our business goals, enhance our company brand, and strengthen our customer engagement.Job Responsibilities - Trade Shows and Events Coordinate logistics for industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events (planning timelines, registrations, shipping, vendor coordination, on-site needs) Maintain event calendars, checklists, budgets, track deadlines and deliverables Support booth planning (graphics, collateral, demos, giveaways), lead capture readiness, and post-show follow-up coordination Partner with sales, product, and program teams to align event objectives and messaging Job Responsibilities - Web and Digital Marketing Coordinate updates to website content for NE (news, capabilities, product/service pages, event pages, landing pages) in collaboration with stakeholders Support email marketing and digital campaign execution (scheduling, distribution coordination, basic reporting) Assist with social media coordination as needed (post scheduling, asset gathering, campaign alignment) Track and report basic performance metrics (web traffic, engagement, conversions) and compile summaries for the team Job Responsibilities - General Marketing Support Coordinate development and maintenance of marketing collateral (one-pagers, capability sheets, presentations, case studies, show materials) Work with internal resources and external partners (design, print, promo, web support) to keep projects on schedule Help ensure brand and message consistency across customer-facing materials Provide administrative/project support (status tracking, meeting notes, file organization, shared libraries) Qualifications 2+ years - Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience Outstanding communication, organizational, planning and execution skills Able to exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills Highly motivated, a self-starter, and a team player Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Ability to communicate well with all levels of management Ability to integrate communications programs within all areas of the business and a knowledge of techniques for effective communications Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Proficiency utilizing various social media platforms in a professional manner
