Job Summary The Marketing & Communications Specialist II owns the execution of marketing campaigns, content, and employee communications—managing timelines, creating assets, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring every initiative lands on time and on brand. The work is fast-paced and varied: one day might involve building out campaigns in a marketing automation platform, and the next coordinating a photo shoot, publishing an internal newsletter, or preparing leadership messaging for a change initiative. The ideal candidate is equal parts organized and creative, someone who thrives on variety and gets real satisfaction from making things run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns—from project setup through launch, measurement, and handoffs to sales and operations.
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and workflows; keep the team aligned on priorities and deadlines.
  • Author marketing content across channels—including email, web, and sales enablement—while maintaining brand voice and quality.
  • Create quick-turn visual content such as graphics, simple edits, and short-form video for digital and social channels.
  • Produce employee communications (newsletters, announcements, leadership messaging) and support internal events such as town halls.
  • Develop executive and change-management communications, including strategic rollouts and leader cascade messaging.
  • Plan and coordinate professional photo and video shoots—sourcing vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring assets meet brand standards.
  • Manage vendor and creative-services relationships; determine when to leverage internal vs. external resources based on scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, maintain marketing operations systems, and collect post-campaign data to inform future work.
