About The Position

The Mar Com Ops Manager is responsible for leading and managing campaigns. From building the brief with stakeholders to briefing the content team, ensuring milestones are met with accuracy and quality, and that key markets are activating in relevant consumers facing touch points. This role includes responsibilities primarily focused on D2C and social media campaign content project management, though not limited to these areas. You will be the driver and ambassador of these initiatives and the development work behind. In this role you will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of the end-to-end projects ensuring that all tasks are assigned to the corresponding stakeholders with aligned global templates. Following up on one globally consistent process, flagging any delay or deviation in time, budget or delivery. Stakeholder management is essential in this role. Internally, you will collaborate closely with the Integrated Marketing Communications, Brand, PR, Media, Web, D2C, Outbound, Retail, Marketing Activation and Experience Marketing teams, among others, as well as marketing and D2C colleagues in local markets. You collaborate cross-functionally, assigning tasks across all marketing functions to support the end-to-end delivery, identifying waste and inefficiencies as well as suggesting solutions to optimize the marketing value chain. In this role you are member of the Marketing Operations function at Electrolux and will actively contribute to establishing and optimizing the process, tools and templates we use commonly across the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or project management across functions in an international setting.
  • Experience from digital marketing and e-commerce roles.
  • Experience in working with media, creative and production agencies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and excellent analytical skills and experience analysing data to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, track and optimize campaign and other marketing communications initiatives end-to-end.
  • Secure that we run one process, including all elements of the consumer journey to help securing successful campaign launches ensuring consistency in our communication across consumer touchpoints within and across markets.
  • Work close with our D2C teams both centrally and locally - act as a trusted advisor.
  • Help define and implement metrics and KPIs to track the success of Marketing Operations and report on progress - Collaborating with experimentation teams analyzing data to identify opportunities and improvements.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing operations and project management.
  • Coach and educate stakeholders across the company on the marketing operations process, template, and tools. Acting as the marketing operations evangelist.
