About The Position

Create and distribute electronic and print marketing and recruitment materials and social media content for the agency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a Concentration in Marketing/Communications/PR/Business
  • 4-5 years’ experience, preferably in nonprofit marketing and communications

Responsibilities

  • Assist in development and implementation of marketing and communications strategies to enhance CMHA’s overall messaging, branding, and presence.
  • Coordinate social media calendar and campaigns through creative and engaging posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) working closely with the Marketing and Communications team.
  • Track industry trends, report on metrics, and identify new strategies to enhance all marketing efforts, including website, social media channels, video and electronic communications.
  • Provide consistent public messaging across all communication channels. Assist in the development and maintenance of the “CMHA Voice” in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and various advertising channels (social media, billboard, transit, print).
  • Design/update brochures, flyers, and ads to market agency programs and events.
  • Support recruitment efforts through engaging in social media and advertising creatives by working closely with Human Resources.
  • Assist in managing donor and community contact database and develop/distribute newsletters through CRM software program.
  • Assist with planning and implementation of internal and external events.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
