The Ebell of Los Angeles is a vibrant nonprofit organization rooted in arts, education, and community service. On its historic campus in the heart of LA, The Ebell presents public programs, arts and cultural events, community engagement initiatives, and educational offerings, while also operating as a venue for rentals, weddings, and member-driven activities. The breadth of The Ebell’s mission-driven work, combined with its rental income streams, requires cohesive branding and strategic communication across all areas. The Ebell is entering a period of growth and reinvention, and its staff is rapidly evolving to meet those needs. We are seeking a creative, organized individual excited by the idea of supporting the Marketing and Communications department to help track and implement marketing and promotional campaigns. Campaigns range from single event to multi-faceted initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for tracking multiple event calendars, writing and proofreading copy that aligns with brand guidelines, supporting communications such as eblasts, social posts, website event listings, and online calendar listings, updating and printing programs for live events, updating and posting social graphics, and providing administrative support for organizational marketing and communications. The successful candidate will be a good communicator with solid organizations skills, who enjoys contributing to a collaborative workplace during a period of high-volume content production. This role is designed as a time-limited, surge-capacity position through July 1, 2026, with the possibility of extension.
