As a Marketing & Communications Assistant, you’ll play a vital administrative role in ensuring the seamless execution of events, projects, and internal initiatives. Based in our St. Louis corporate office, you’ll support the department by managing invoices, coordinating shipping for conferences and events, and acting as the main point of contact for vendor onboarding and contract processing. You’ll help maintain our digital photo library, assist in preparing departmental KPI reports, and ensure timely content updates across internal platforms such as SNAP and onsite displays. You'll also contribute to promotional giveaway initiatives and support budget reviews, giving you broad exposure across the department’s functions.
