Join our Marketing Team as a Marketing Clerk located in our Miami office. We are seeking a professional and polished individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication and research skills. A collaborative mindset, reliability, and discretion are essential to success in this role. This role will be based in our Miami office, on an in-office basis. Regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building. This role reports to Elaine Walker, Director of Media Relations and Communications. Position Summary The Marketing Clerk is responsible for providing administrative research, data management, and communications support to the firmwide marketing team.

Requirements

Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong research and analytical abilities
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
High level of professionalism and discretion
Proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with digital document management systems (e.g., FileSite)

Responsibilities

Perform administrative duties including preparing reports, tracking data, and assisting with marketing-related projects
Handle the distribution of invitations and client communications
