About The Position

In this role, you will drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and embedding sustainable operational excellence across the organization. You will leverage data-driven methodologies, lead enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives, and partner with senior leaders to align business processes with strategy, client needs, and long-term scalability.

Requirements

Relevant degree preferred.
7 or more years of relevant experience required.
Demonstrated leadership in enterprise or large-scale business process design and optimization.
Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and performance measurement capabilities.
Proven ability to lead change and influence without direct authority.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with digital transformation, automation, or AI-enabled process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize high-impact process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, quality, client experience, and cost performance.
Lead end-to-end design, standardization, and optimization of core business processes across functions and business units.
Drive simplification, scalability, and automation through design thinking, digital enablement, and best-practice methodologies.
Establish and maintain enterprise process standards, governance frameworks, and ownership models.
Define and monitor KPIs, success metrics, and performance dashboards to measure process health and business outcomes.
Lead complex, cross-functional process transformation initiatives, including technology- and AI-enabled efforts.
Partner with technology, data, and change management teams to ensure adoption and sustainability of new processes.
Influence outcomes across matrixed teams by facilitating workshops, aligning stakeholders, and resolving process gaps.
