About The Position

We are seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing & Brand Growth Specialist with hands-on experience in content creation, branding, and social media. Experience may come from: Personal brand building Side projects or freelance work Working with companies or established brands All paths are welcome. What matters most is that you understand social media , can create engaging content, and are open, coachable, and committed to continuous growth . This role is for someone who already has a foundation — but wants to go further , learn faster, and build at a higher level.

Requirements

  • Creating social media content (reels, short-form video, posts, stories)
  • Understanding engagement, reach, and audience growth
  • Designing clean, visually appealing graphics or visuals
  • Writing or contributing to captions, messaging, or storytelling
  • Understanding social media trends, hooks, and audience behavior
  • Posting, testing, and iterating content based on performance
  • Be comfortable navigating and using major social platforms
  • Understand why certain content performs well
  • Think creatively about how to attract, engage, and retain audiences
  • Be able to connect content to business and brand objectives
  • Is highly coachable and open to feedback
  • Is willing to unlearn, relearn, and continuously improve
  • Is curious about AI, marketing, branding, and sales
  • Has an entrepreneurial mindset and long-term growth outlook
  • Cares about results and outcomes , not just aesthetics
  • Is eager to grow alongside a fast-moving organization
  • Canva, Adobe, Figma, or similar design tools
  • Social media scheduling or analytics tools
  • AI tools for content and marketing
  • Strong communication and follow-through

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort being on camera for short-form content is a plus (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to meet in person 2–3 times per month for collaboration and strategy sessions

Responsibilities

  • Create visually compelling, on-brand content (graphics, visuals, short-form content ideas)
  • Help translate ideas, strategy, and vision into real campaigns and storytelling
  • Support brand narratives that connect emotionally and drive engagement
  • Assist with content creation and publishing across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Collaborate on creative concepts, themes, and messaging
  • Review content performance and help optimize based on results
  • Learn and apply AI tools to improve content creation, efficiency, and marketing execution
  • Support marketing and sales-focused initiatives centered on outcomes
