About The Position

Class101 seeks a passionate and detail-oriented Social Media & Brand Marketing Coordinator to serve as the vital link between corporate brand strategy and local franchise execution. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing social media deployment across franchise locations to drive brand consistency, awareness, and engagement. In addition, the role coordinates branded initiatives and content creation, supports local franchisees, executes brand campaigns, and ensures brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong eye for detail, a love for brand storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple brand marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, branding, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, brand marketing, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies.
  • Proficiency in creative tools and marketing platforms (e.g., Canva, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to support brand activations or franchisee initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute social media deployments and tactics across franchise location accounts with a focus on brand storytelling content.
  • Support brand marketing strategies that align with company goals, ensuring consistent brand voice and identity across all touchpoints.
  • Assist in the development and rollout of brand campaigns, including digital, print, in-studio signage, and social media initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to produce branded content and creative assets.
  • Partner with franchisees to localize brand efforts while maintaining corporate standards and guidelines.
  • Serve as a point of contact for franchisees regarding brand marketing needs and resources.
  • Assist in the planning and deployment of localized marketing strategies that support enrollment goals while maintaining national brand standards.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for brand-related projects, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met.
  • Assist in planning and implementing grassroots and community engagement efforts to build local brand presence.
  • Monitor campaign performance and brand engagement metrics; provide reporting and recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain brand assets and resources within internal platforms and ensure stakeholders have proper access and training.
  • Day-to-day location marketing support/questions
  • Train franchise users on different marketing platforms
