About The Position

The Product Marketing & Subscriber Strategy team is responsible for developing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategies and testing roadmaps to drive growth, engagement, and business results across various subscription types. Their focus is on optimizing the fan experience across all touchpoints, from Marketing Landing Pages to upselling and cancellation flows, with the ultimate goal of building loyal subscribers who understand the value proposition. The team possesses a deep understanding of the DTC business and effectively communicates and steers priorities through strategic and targeted marketing efforts. The Marketing Automation & Messaging Operations Manager will specifically manage all Braze support related to journey building, concentrating on email, in-app, and other messaging channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in operations, experience with Braze or other CRM platforms and digital marketing, and a proven track record of improving CRM messaging goals and KPIs. This role is a 1-year project-based position located in New York, NY.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or digital marketing, with a focus on working in CMS tools for Braze
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Manage and work through requests for Braze messaging from both CRM and Product Marketing teams
  • Partner across team to launch, maintain and evaluate A/B tests
  • Assist in all reporting and analytics for messaging
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Work with Operations team to build out best practices
