We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Manager to own and optimize our HubSpot ecosystem, ensure data integrity across HubSpot and Salesforce, and drive sophisticated reporting that powers our marketing and sales performance. This role sits at the center of our revenue engine—bridging marketing automation, CRM workflows, lead management, and analytics to ensure seamless data flow and actionable insight. You will manage our HubSpot instance end-to-end (workflows, lead routing, lifecycle management, data hygiene, segmentation), support Salesforce integration, and build reporting that connects marketing activity to pipeline and revenue. This role also leverages behavioral analytics tools such as Lucky Orange to go beyond standard metrics and understand actual user behavior on our website and landing pages.
