About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Manager to own and optimize our HubSpot ecosystem, ensure data integrity across HubSpot and Salesforce, and drive sophisticated reporting that powers our marketing and sales performance. This role sits at the center of our revenue engine—bridging marketing automation, CRM workflows, lead management, and analytics to ensure seamless data flow and actionable insight. You will manage our HubSpot instance end-to-end (workflows, lead routing, lifecycle management, data hygiene, segmentation), support Salesforce integration, and build reporting that connects marketing activity to pipeline and revenue. This role also leverages behavioral analytics tools such as Lucky Orange to go beyond standard metrics and understand actual user behavior on our website and landing pages.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation with a strong focus on HubSpot .
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and HubSpot–Salesforce integrations.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, lifecycle management, and attribution .
  • Demonstrated ability to build analytics reports and dashboards in HubSpot, Salesforce, or BI tools.
  • Solid skills in data hygiene, segmentation, list management, and workflow automation.
  • Ability to manage multiple technical projects with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with API-based integrations or automation platforms (Zapier, Workato, etc.).
  • Familiarity with analytics and BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Snowflake).
  • Experience supporting CRM-driven marketing or sales operations teams.
  • Understanding of web analytics (GA4) and behavioral analytics tools (Lucky Orange, Hotjar).

Responsibilities

  • Own and administer HubSpot, including workflows, segmentation, scoring, lifecycle stages, lead routing, data hygiene, and integrations.
  • Build and optimize nurture programs, triggered communications, and lifecycle automation in partnership with Marketing and Customer Communications.
  • Manage list creation, campaign setup, email personalization, and contact governance.
  • Oversee bi-directional lead and data syncs between HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliable reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to align lifecycle stages, pipelines, and data models across platforms.
  • Support system integrations across HubSpot, Salesforce, Power BI, Snowflake, and related tools.
  • Build dashboards and reports across HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Snowflake.
  • Translate marketing and sales data into insights that improve lead quality, funnel conversion, and campaign performance.
  • Analyze user behavior across our web properties using analytics and session-recording tools (GA4, Lucky Orange).
  • Maintain high data quality and ensure accurate attribution across channels and systems.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, WebOps, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Maintain documentation, governance standards, and best practices for all platforms and processes.
