Your Role in our Mission We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to help drive engagement, retention, and e-commerce growth through personalized, data-driven lifecycle campaigns. In thisrole, you will contribute to the development and execution of our B2C CRM strategy, leveraging marketing automation tools to deliver best-in-class customer experiences while managing the day-to-day CRM operations. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing and Client Success teams to deliver targeted, performance-driven journeys that maximize customer lifetime value and support our commercial goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation within B2C or e-commerce environment.
  • Experience curating and managing content, including drafting copy, coordinating creative assets, and tailoring messaging for different audience segments and channels.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze (preferred) or other CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Comfortable working with data to identify trends, measure results, and optimize future campaigns.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated customer/user engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, deploy, and optimize multi-channel campaigns using Braze.
  • Manage all campaign operations, including content curation, audience segmentation, workflow setup, QA, and scheduling.
  • Create and manage content for placements, including drafting copy, coordinating creative assets, and ensuring accurate and timely deployment across channels.
  • Execute and optimize B2C CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive user engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM programs with broader business objectives.
  • Support the development of automated user journeys that enhance personalization and customer lifetime value.
