Lumen seeks a skilled and experienced Marketing Automation Manager to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in email campaign strategy, customer engagement, and data-driven marketing.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns, including newsletters, automated flows, and promotional content.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, design, and campaign timing for optimal performance.
  • Utilize segmentation and personalization techniques to enhance user experience and maximize impact.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of segmentation, automation, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Excellent copywriting and content development skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a must.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in UX/UI design and optimizing email templates for better user experience.
