About The Position

We’re hiring a Marketing Associate to support the execution of Sprig’s marketing programs across events, campaigns, and community experiences. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience executing modern B2B marketing programs across events, community, and digital campaigns. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Events & Field Marketing Lead and the Director of Enterprise Marketing to bring Sprig’s marketing programs to life across events, campaigns, and digital channels. You’ll play an important role in ensuring our marketing initiatives run smoothly—from coordinating event logistics and supporting campaign launches to helping manage webinars, gifting programs, and practitioner-focused experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both operational execution and building meaningful connections within professional communities. This highly execution-focused role is for someone who enjoys getting things done and bringing marketing programs to life! This is a hybrid opportunity: 4x per week in our buzzing HQ San Francisco office.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, community engagement, or program coordination
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Interest in events, community building, and enterprise marketing
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and travel up to 10%

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting B2B or SaaS marketing programs is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Help plan and and execute marketing programs across events, campaigns, and digital channels
  • Coordinate logistics and operations for field events, conferences, and Sprig-hosted experiences
  • Help execute webinars and virtual programming, including speaker coordination and promotion
  • Assist with campaign launches by coordinating marketing assets, communications, and program timelines
  • Manage direct mail and gifting initiatives tied to enterprise marketing programs
  • Plan and execute practitioner-focused events such as happy hours, meetups, and networking experiences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure programs run smoothly and deliver impact
