About The Position
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives from concept to completion. From identifying growth opportunities through trend analysis, your work will be instrumental in driving brand awareness and supporting our sales objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with Marketing focus or equivalent marketing experience
- One to three years of experience in a marketing capacity or equivalent position required
- Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy is required
- Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills required
- Excellent phone skills and etiquette required
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Korean and English highly preferred
- Proven record of marketing plans or portfolio is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist marketing manager to create and implement innovative marketing plans and strategies for assigned projects
- Conduct deep market research and trend analysis to identify new growth opportunities, potential risks, and strategic product gaps
- Help develop and execute marketing strategies in a timely manner
- Writing and editing sales and marketing materials including literature, ensuring valid, current and accurate content
- Monitor and report on competitors’ marketing and sales activities
- Generate and distribute analytical project information to all relevant team members
- Develop marketing programs and materials such as advertising, event support and promotions
- Create and coordinate marketing materials, tools and information as required and ensure distribution to relevant team members
- Provide appropriate information of products and services as required
- Assist project planning and preparation to events like business meetings, seminars, exhibitions and trade shows
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
