As a Marketing Associate, you'll support LendSure's marketing initiatives by helping plan, execute, and measure campaigns that build brand awareness, engage customers, and drive business growth. This role is intentionally designed as a career entry point into LendSure and offers hands-on exposure to multiple areas of modern marketing. You'll gain experience across content, digital marketing, data analysis, social media, and cross-functional collaboration-setting you up for future advancement within the organization.

Requirements

Strong interest in content creation, market research, campaign execution, and data analysis
A solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing basics
Interest or familiarity with real estate or mortgage markets
Experience with or willingness to learn tools like Salesforce and Encompass
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset

Responsibilities

Content Support: Help create, schedule, and manage content for social media, email campaigns, and company websites.
Market Research: Research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Data & Reporting: Track performance metrics (KPIs) and build reports to measure campaign success.
Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and contribute ideas to grow LendSure's online presence.
Event Coordination: Assist with planning and executing marketing events and initiatives.
Administrative Support : Handle general tasks that keep the marketing team organized and moving forward.
