About The Position

Air Engineers is seeking a Marketing Associate based in our Birmingham, AL office to support the execution of marketing, training, and dealer engagement initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and support business growth. This position coordinates communications, website updates, content development, and marketing collateral; manages promotional items and the AwardCo employee recognition platform; and ensures timely, accurate dissemination of programs and updates to Territory Managers and dealers. In addition, the Marketing Associate provides essential program, financial, and operational support, including credit billing, co‑op program administration, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, training, finance, and leadership teams. The role also supports the planning and execution of dealer events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities, while maintaining tracking tools and dashboards to ensure seamless operations, accurate documentation, and consistent follow‑through. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related business field is preferred but not required.
  • 1–3 years of marketing, event coordination, or administrative support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate photography, video projects, and YouTube channel planning in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Support social media efforts as needed, providing backup coordination and content assistance.
  • Coordinate website updates related to training, marketing announcements, and program information.
  • Communicate new materials, vendor announcements, and marketing programs to Territory Managers (TMs).
  • Assist with dealer communications for special promotions, updates, or announcements.
  • Manage and administer the AwardCo employee recognition platform.
  • Create and update marketing materials including flyers, brochures, invitations, and event one-pagers.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of the Parts Brochure and other promotional resources.
  • Coordinate promotional item sourcing, ordering, and distribution.
  • Process credit billing across multiple cost centers with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support co-op program administration including:
  • Claims processing
  • Budget tracking and reporting
  • Co-op documentation and forms (including JB and Comfort for Heroes)
  • Assist with Trane C Comfort Specialist (TCS) billing and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with accounting/finance contacts to ensure proper tracking and reconciliation.
  • Plan and coordinate dealer and company events, including:
  • Dealer meetings
  • Dealer trips (e.g., SDI)
  • Recreational/Customer events
  • Annual company party
  • Employee engagement events (e.g., Chili Cook-Off, Barons events)
  • Support logistics for Service School sessions including meals and supplies.
  • Coordinate Boot Camp logistics including flyers, meals, and snacks.
  • Assist with team travel coordination as needed.
  • Maintain and manage SmartSheets related to:
  • Training coordination
  • Event and program sign-ups
  • Territory Manager dashboards and tracking tools
  • Coordinate scheduling, registration tracking, and reporting for training programs.
  • Provide general administrative and organizational support to the marketing and training teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (including training, finance, and leadership teams) to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
