Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Associate plays a key role in executing and managing marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role blends creative writing and strong project management, supporting efforts in Direct Mail, Social Media, Website, and Print. You'll collaborate with internal teams and vendors, develop content, coordinate campaigns, audit onboard marketing materials, manage loyalty initiatives, and contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining a strong understanding of brand voice and marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with an independent, proactive work style.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Some travel may be required

Responsibilities

  • Write, proofread, and edit marketing content for various channels, including blogs, emails, social media, and web pages.
  • Support the coordination of onboard marketing initiatives, such as printed collateral, guest materials, and loyalty program communications.
  • Monitor, track, and report on guest reviews and online feedback; identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop creative briefs, manage project timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for quotes, creative services, and production needs.
  • Conduct competitive research and share insights with the marketing team.
  • Measure, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to the management team.
