The Performance Marketing Associate plays a key role in driving Bell’s digital marketing performance and growth. You’ll help execute, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels, including internet listing services, search, display, social, and email. This role blends analytical rigor with creative execution ensuring Bell’s campaigns attract high-quality leads, convert efficiently, and deliver measurable ROI. You’ll collaborate closely with the Account Management Team to turn insights into action, learning how data, targeting, and storytelling come together to power one of the nation’s leading multifamily brands. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who thrives in analytics, problem-solving, and continuous optimization.
