As a Creative Project Manager , you’ll play a critical role in delivering world-class creative that moves our brand forward. You will lead the project management of multi-channel creative efforts from concept to delivery — designing how work gets done through strategic planning, clear communication, and operational rigor. Acting as the connective tissue across disciplines, you’ll establish plans, set expectations, and keep teams aligned and moving forward. You'll leverage tools, tech, and critical thinking to anticipate risks, streamline workflows, and support creative excellence at scale. You'll also play a key role in shaping new working models that support a leaner, more agile project management team, while driving efficiency and scalable processes to meet the evolving needs of our business. This PM will be owning many different deliverables with creative teams & partners; thus, being able to manage various timelines, workstreams, deliverables will be key. Flexibility. Projects and milestones are always changing; thus, someone who is able to remain flexible and shift process, timelines, etc. as needed will be big. Being able to prioritize. PMs often own multiple projects with various teams, so it will be important to look at the various asks/deliverables and prioritize exactly what the team needs to do when, so they can just focus on the creative. Relationship builder. The PM has to partner with various teams (our creative teams, TCB, Media partners, Vendors, etc.); thus, it is important to build those relationships as we look to gain consistency & effectively drive the work forward. Strong interpersonal, partnership, and collaboration skills used to solve problems and drive decisions Detail-oriented and strong organizational & analytical skills High degree of professionalism and high sensitivity for confidentiality Strong sense of urgency and demonstrates initiative and follows through An internship role within Ecom Photography Production offers a comprehensive experience in the core functions of managing commercial photography, including project brief intake, production planning, in-studio photoshoots, and post-production asset delivery. The Ecom Photography Production team oversees online retail photography for over 40 private label brands from staple groceries to the latest trending apparel. In support of this team, you will be involved in utilizing internal resources for local shoots as well as engaging external studios for remote production. You will work closely with the creative team, production team, and photography crews to bring projects from concept to final images launched and for-purchase online.
