Requirements

  • Have the availability to work in a hybrid setting during core business hours of Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Live in commutable distance to your assigned office
  • Ability to complete the entire 8-week Summer Internship Program: June 8, 2026 – July 31, 2026
  • Current student working towards bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Media, Journalism, Communication, PR, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Marketing/Data Analytics
  • 0-2 years recent public accounting experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Nice To Haves

  • Basic familiarity with social media marketing (could even be personal use) and interest in learning more
  • Passion for brand storytelling and content creation
  • Video knowledge
  • Writing / content development
  • Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0)
  • Strong MS Excel and MS Word
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team
  • Great communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Social media monitoring /community management of corporate platforms
  • Assisting with weekly social media roundup (drafting post copy/hashtags)
  • Supporting content team with topic and keyword research
  • Researching industry trends, competitor analysis, and target lists
  • Assisting with event/sponsorship preparation and execution
  • Supporting special projects which may include: planning and coordinating presentations, disseminating information
  • Assisting with database management
  • Tracking marketing programs and analyze performance
  • General office duties including printing, binding, mailing, and word processing
  • Proofreading documents for spelling, grammar and layout, recommending or making appropriate changes
  • Assisting with maintenance and distribution of marketing giveaways inventory
