Noel Manor is looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Marketing Assistant to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives, helping to enhance our brand presence and drive occupancy. As a Marketing Assistant, you will collaborate with various departments, contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, and work closely with seniors in our retirement living community. Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., CRM tools) is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a marketing support role in Senior Living is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contact lists and customer databases in Point Click Care CRM.
  • Consistent and timely follow up to all new leads for potential admission to the community.
  • Meet with prospective residents and families to give tours and share informational material about the campus.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Support the creation and distribution of email communications and newsletters alongside the Life Enrichment Department.
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Regional Sales & Marketing Director, including scheduling meetings, preparing move-in contracts and documents, and coordinating logistics for community activity and marketing events.
