The Marketing Assistant supports the Category Team (Category Leader, Brand Manager, and Assistant Marketing Manager) with implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, product launches, and programs for brands in their assigned Category to meet the Category KPIs. In collaboration with the Cross-functional Teams including, Business Insights Team, Digital team, Operations, and Sales/Inside Sales teams, as well as 3rd party agencies, the Marketing Assistant will support the achievement of the Category team goals, expanding our omni-channel footprint by providing market insights and analysis to include marketing / media tactics, syndicated / POS, consumer panel, used to evaluate the Category business progress.
