Marketing Assistant
About The Position
Thoroughbred Express Auto Wash is seeking a driven, organized, and creative Marketing Assistant to support companywide marketing initiatives across multiple districts and states. This position plays a key role in executing events, creating content, managing social platforms, supporting sponsorships, and assisting in campaign performance tracking. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable traveling, creative in content development, detail-oriented with analytics, and aligned with Thoroughbred Express’ culture and CORE values. They are also someone who is able to travel to locations in Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, & Ohio regularly to attend events and gather organic on site content. This role reports to the Marketing Director and works closely with district leaders, site managers, and executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of marketing, content creation, or social media experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
