Job Description We are seeking a creative and driven Production Specialist who specializes in videography and can help bring the Western brand to life through insightful and powerful storytelling. As the Production Specialist, you will handle video filming editing, and content creation to be used internally and for external audiences. Requirements

Experience in photo and video filming, editing, or content production (professional or portfolio-based)
Proficiency with photo and video editing software (Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Understanding of basic lighting, audio, and camera operation
Strong creative eye and storytelling ability
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites and events as needed
Ability to lift and transport production equipment (up to ~40–50 lbs.)
Comfort filming in active work environments and occupied spaces

Responsibilities

Capture high-quality photo and video content for internal communications and external audiences
Edit photo and video content for multiple platforms, including website, social media, recruiting, and internal use
Assist with planning, scripting, and storyboarding video concepts
Set up, operate, and maintain cameras, audio, lighting, and production equipment
Capture on-brand images and footage of employees, job sites, events, and community involvement
Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and internal teams to align content with brand goals
Manage content organization, file storage, and production workflows
Ensure content meet quality, branding, and storytelling standards
Support short-form and long-form video content creation
Assist with basic photography, motion graphics, captions, and post-production enhancements
Maintain a professional, safe, and efficient filming environment
Meet project timelines and follow creative direction and feedback
