About The Position

The Marketing Assistant supports the execution of marketing initiatives across Advanced Management Group’s portfolio of conventional and weekly properties. This position plays a key role in ensuring brand consistency, optimizing advertising performance, and maintaining smooth communication between properties, vendors, and the marketing department.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of marketing and administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient with Google Business Profiles, property management platforms (Entrata), and Apartments.com is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with property flyer design and coordination.
  • Conduct new-site market surveys and compile competitive analysis.
  • Gather and organize social media content from properties.
  • Track and report on advertising performance metrics across platforms.
  • Support digital advertising campaigns, including platform bidding and updates.
  • Update active listings on Apartments.com, Zillow, and other ad networks.
  • Assist in verifying that all community promotions and pricing are current and accurate.
  • Feed and update AI leasing tools with current property information, FAQs, and promotions.
  • Ensure AI knowledge bases remain accurate and aligned with brand tone and property standards.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly availability emails to partner agencies and case managers.
  • Maintain communication with housing organizations and community partners regarding openings, specials, and upcoming events.
  • Support coordination of outreach initiatives and housing partnership updates.
  • Manage Google Business Profile updates for all properties (photos, posts, hours, etc.).
  • Respond to resident reviews with approved messaging and brand alignment.
  • Update property specials and promotions on Google.
  • Add or edit products, amenities, and updates to enhance property visibility and SEO performance.
