Adams, Cincinnati, OH Pay Rate: $22/hour Office Hours : Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm Here's what you'll be doing: Quickly implement requests from apartment communities on RentCafe Websites, RentCafe Site Manager, Reputation.com, and Facebook, following best practices for websites, local listings, and social media. Manage time between incoming requests and department projects. Update property social media accounts, local listings, and websites for accuracy and consistency. Craft and post responses to reviews in line with company best practices. Conduct marketing asset audits regularly to guarantee our properties are accurately represented across various online platforms. Create and schedule social media posts and prospect emails, keeping our audience engaged and informed. Contribute to ongoing department projects aimed at enhancing and optimizing property websites, local listings, social media pages, and Internet Listing Services. Complete all onboarding tasks related to new communities. What we're looking for: Over one year of relevant experience in areas such as marketing, customer service, or property management. Able to prioritize tasks effectively and stay focused on completing objectives. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying areas for improvement. Track record of providing exceptional service and addressing customer needs promptly and courteously. Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Qualifications required: Familiarity with website content management systems, including updating and managing website content. Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business. Basic understanding of Google Analytics (universal or GA4) and Google Search Console. Experience in email marketing, including creating and sending email campaigns. Proficient in Office 365 suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance. Preferred qualifications include: Knowledge of Yardi products including: RentCafe Site Manager, CRM, Voyager, Meta Business Suite, ILS listing services, and Reputation.com.
