We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant based in our Milwaukee office who thrives on collaboration and has proven expertise in supporting our teams to do their best . Our ideal Marketing Assistant plays a key role on the team, supporting both day-to-day administrative needs and bigger-picture marketing and business development efforts. As the go-to organizer for the marketing team this person helps prioritize, keeps project on track, and ensures consistent follow-through. Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive experience.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration preferred.
  • Efficient, organized, and able to work with a variety of departments.
  • Proficiency in CRM management.
  • Exceptional communication—visual, verbal, and written.
  • A collaborative spirit and mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate conference participation, registrations, exhibitor and speaking requirements, attendees and travel logistics, pre and post event meetings, and needs as requested
  • Monitor conference and sponsorship requirements, dates, and ROI measurements
  • Coordinate, gather, and ship exhibit and print materials
  • Maintain team member and project data within our CRM database (Vantagepoint)
  • Assist in tracking marketing efforts within our CRM database, including follow-up and results information
  • Assist in business development efforts, including adding contacts, maintaining mailing lists, and other duties as assigned within the CRM
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed for the Marketing team
  • Support and execute social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Support the organization of firm branding including website maintenance, publicity, client communications, and photography coordination
  • Prepare and distribute internal reports, campaign performance summaries and presentations.
