About The Position

The Marketing Assistant is an entry-level position responsible for supporting the Marketing Department in executing and maintaining marketing programs and initiatives. This role involves handling administrative duties, coordinating campaigns, and assisting with day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills and be able to work effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors. The Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department and contributing to the company’s long-term growth.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to perform light lifting when receiving and shipping promotional materials.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity to handle office equipment and materials.
  • Pass a drug test

Nice To Haves

  • Prior office or administrative experience preferred but not required.
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of marketing activities.
  • Assist with campaign organization and execution.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories (financial and non-financial).
  • Process and fulfill marketing literature and promotional item requests.
  • Assist in managing marketing inventory and shipping promotional materials.
  • Support light bookkeeping and general office management tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with branches, customers, and vendors.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities while adhering to deadlines.
  • Utilize MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiently.
  • Apply analytical and mathematical skills in reporting and data management tasks.
