About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support loan officers by managing CRM tasks, creating marketing materials, and enhancing agent partner relationships. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, following brand guidelines, administrative support. Real estate/mortgage industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates and branding guidelines.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (Total Expert, Byte, or similar a plus).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Nice To Haves

• Basic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist loan officers with CRM management, including data entry and updating client records.
• Write and send personalized thank-you notes to clients and agent partners, and introductory letters to listing agents to generate meetings and relationships
• Create flyers, single-property websites, and other marketing materials using CRM templates.
• Develop and implement pop-by gift ideas to strengthen agent relationships.
• Support event planning and marketing initiatives for loan officers.
• Monitor and track engagement metrics from marketing efforts.
• Provide general administrative and marketing support as needed.
