About The Position

Blood Assurance is seeking a full-time MARKETING ASSISTANT position in our Distribution Center in Chattanooga. This position will provide administrative support to the Marketing Department. Assist with other projects as assigned and provide administrative support to other executives and/or to other department heads as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Business or Office Management, or a combination of education and experience
  • Two years of progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably in an executive setting
  • Inventory Management
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office management systems
  • Polished and professional verbal communication skills with expertise in grammatically accurate written communications requiring precision in details and clarity
  • Compassionate customer service skills, organizational skills, ability to multi-task and teamwork
  • Ability to multitask, lift and move material as needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department.
