About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting and executing the marketing strategies within a professional, scientific, and technical services environment. This position is responsible for coordinating internal communications and ensuring alignment across the marketing department to effectively promote the company’s services and brand. The role involves managing and organizing trade shows and events, developing marketing collateral, and supporting both digital and print advertising campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling copy and content that resonates with target audiences. Ultimately, this role drives the successful implementation of marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a marketing coordination or support role within a professional services environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated copywriting ability.
  • Experience managing trade shows and marketing events, including logistics and vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as familiarity with print advertising processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate internal communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging across the marketing department and other business units.
  • Plan, organize, and manage logistics for trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.
  • Develop, edit, and distribute marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials tailored to various audiences.
  • Support the creation and execution of online marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content updates.
  • Assist in the development and placement of print advertising materials, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to produce engaging and accurate marketing content that supports sales and business development efforts.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
