About The Position

MARKETING ASSISTANT Location: San Antonio, TX SUMMARY This entry-level role supports the marketing team in launching and maintaining marketing systems and services across new and stabilized communities. Partnering with the Sr. Marketing Manager, the associate will assist with project execution, manage help desk requests (such as promotional orders, website updates, and media scheduling), and support corporate initiatives and events.This is a great opportunity for someone transitioning from onsite operations or interested in marketing project management, offering exposure to brand strategy, marketing technology, and innovative practices in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Applicable degree and/or experience in a marketing, data and/or multifamily experience with related software programs
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong planning and process management ability
  • Self-directed and able to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively and efficiently with all levels of associates
  • Basic knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics B2C in order to support all functions of the marketing department
  • Possess knowledge and experience of the tenets of online marketing and customer insights
  • Experience using Google Workspace, project management tools, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Effective at managing multiple projects with positive outcomes
  • Exceeds at building relationships within a support role
  • A good sense of humor, naturally curious, and driven to excel!
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup and management of the marketing systems and services
  • Gather and review assets, content, and meet with the operations team to complete implementation questionnaires
  • Proactively communicate with all stakeholders on project status
  • Adjust project timelines as needed due to delays or change of project scope
  • Conduct post launch audits for quality assurance
  • Communicate with third party vendors to ensure deliverables are on time
  • Provide administrative assistance as needed for the marketing department
  • Participate in the setup and hosting of offsite corporate events.
  • Work with communities to collect monthly website/ILS/social media audits
  • Ensure proper tracking and standard CTAs are in place for all community websites
  • Manage assigned help desk tickets related to orders, scheduling, updates, etc.
  • Assist marketing department with other needs as they arise
