About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant to join our on-site team in LA Office, California. This role will support the Marketing Manager with daily marketing operations, content planning, event coordination, and social media management. The Marketing Assistant will play an active role in creative ideation, campaign execution, and in-person promotional activities. Familiarity with Chinese social media, especially 小红书 is required.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• Strong familiarity with 小红书, including posting formats, content styles and trend discovery
• Ability to assist with day-to-day marketing tasks and campaign coordination
• Comfortable supporting in-person events, tastings and community activations
• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills
• Creative, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in social media marketing content creation or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, Business or related field preferred but not required
