About The Position

The Marketing and Sales Support Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Endurant Disaster Recovery platform’s growth initiatives. This position is responsible for supporting the Business Development team, coordinating marketing and branding initiatives, and assisting in the execution and reporting of digital marketing and SEO campaigns. This role serves as the operational hub between the sales team, marketing partners, and internal leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Sales and Marketing Administrator ensures that the sales team has the tools, information, and marketing support needed to drive new business development and strengthen the Endurant brand across all markets.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day operational support to the Business Development team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist Business Development representatives with administrative tasks and coordination
  • Support proposal preparation, bid documentation, and client presentation materials
  • Coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, and follow up communications
  • Maintain and update sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Track sales activity and support reporting through CRM systems
  • Assist with onboarding materials and tools for new sales team members
  • Ensure BD team members have access to updated marketing materials, case studies, and branding assets
  • Support the ongoing implementation and optimization of CRM systems used by the platform.
  • Maintain data integrity within the CRM system (HubSpot and PSA integration)
  • Assist with tracking sales activities, deal flow, and client engagement
  • Support CRM adoption and activity logging by the BD team
  • Generate and distribute sales reports and dashboards
  • Assist leadership with tracking key sales KPIs and pipeline performance
  • Identify data gaps or reporting issues and work with leadership to correct them
  • Assist in executing and supporting the company’s digital marketing strategy and SEO initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the company’s SEO and digital marketing agency
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign performance
  • Assist with gathering data and insights for agency reporting and internal leadership reviews
  • Ensure timely communication between internal stakeholders and external marketing partners
  • Help maintain consistency in messaging, campaigns, and marketing assets across all platform locations
  • Support the creation and distribution of content used in digital marketing, brand awareness, and client engagement.
  • Assist with creating content for blogs, website updates, and SEO campaigns
  • Coordinate social media posts and LinkedIn marketing efforts
  • Assist in developing marketing materials such as case studies, newsletters, and client communications
  • Support the creation of presentations, sales sheets, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and email communications
  • Support brand development and marketing consistency across the Endurant platform.
  • Assist with maintaining brand standards and guidelines
  • Coordinate brand assets including logos, templates, and marketing materials
  • Support marketing initiatives across multiple markets and operating companies
  • Help maintain consistency in messaging across websites, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Assist with brand rollout for acquisitions and new markets
  • Support sales and marketing leadership by providing meaningful reporting and insights.
  • Assist in building and maintaining sales and marketing performance reports
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance and sales pipeline activity
  • Track key marketing KPIs including lead sources, website traffic, and campaign performance
  • Support leadership meetings by preparing data and reporting materials
