Co-op Program Overview The Arrowstreet Co-op Program provides an exciting opportunity to learn about the institutional asset management industry and Arrowstreet as a company while gaining deep experience within a specific function. Team Overview The graphics function at Arrowstreet sits within our broader Marketing & Reporting Department and is responsible for ensuring the Arrowstreet brand is clearly defined, impactful, and consistently reflected across all firm materials and resources. The graphic’s team supports teams across the firm on various graphics and branding projects, ensuring the presentation of information is high quality across all resources. Role Overview The Marketing and Reporting co-op will work closely with the Head of Graphics to support the creation of high-quality and consistent visual materials across the firm. The Co-op will assist in maintaining the Arrowstreet brand, applying strong design standards to both client-facing and internal materials. The ideal candidate is an organized, creative thinker eager to learn about graphics in a professional environment and become familiar with the intersection of graphic design, asset management, and technology.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Finance, Communications or Graphic Design
  • Proficiency in Adobe creative suite and Microsoft office
  • Strong visual, written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn about branding principles, financial industry communication and investment management
  • Extremely accurate and detail-oriented—must be able to work quickly, accurately, and calmly while juggling multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and judgement skills and ability to work in a team environment with multiple responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Assist in updating materials including presentations, reports, marketing collateral and internal documents, ensuring adherence to firm brand standards
  • Support the Head of Graphics by implementing visual improvements and incorporating feedback on materials from various stakeholders
  • Help maintain a library of graphical assets and templates
  • Organize and manage multiple assignments with attention to detail and deadlines
