About The Position

This role will support the downstream marketing team by maintaining third-party distributor and end-user websites to ensure product content is accurate, complete, and up to date, while also assisting with project scheduling as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Excellent computer skills and software knowledge
  • Good product knowledge
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to complete responsibilities timely and accurately

Responsibilities

  • Assists in managing external website content to ensure information is accurate and complete on division partner websites.
  • Requires development of a publishing tracking system.
  • Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, and marketing to gain product knowledge and understand the channel.
  • Interacts with channel partner marketing teams as needed to understand project priorities.
  • Assists with other departmental administrative tasks as needed.
