At Computer Transition Services, Inc. (CTSI), we are seeking a Marketing and New Business Development Representative (in other companies this person could hold the title of Lead Generation Specialist, Business Development Associate, Field Marketing Representative), who will help drive our marketing efforts and identify new business opportunities. In this role, you will be the front line of CTSI's growth strategy, responsible for generating leads, creating buzz about our services, and opening doors to future client relationships. Your day-to-day will involve a blend of proactive outreach and in-person engagement: making phone calls, business visits , attending trade shows, and getting face time with potential clients. You'll work closely with sales leadership to transition qualified leads and ensure that every opportunity is maximized. Confidence, charisma, and resilience are key. This position requires someone who is naturally energetic and outgoing, with a thick skin and a desire to win. You should be equipped with strong interpersonal skills, an ability to read the room, and a fearless attitude when approaching new conversations. Adaptability, coachability, and a willingness to dive in with both feet are essential. Your eagerness to learn and drive new business will be supported through comprehensive training, including hands-on and in-person sessions, designed to help you thrive in our bootcamp-style development process.
