Requirements

3+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or community outreach
Proven ability to grow referrals and build partnerships
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Self-motivated and confident working independently
Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior living facilities, and referral partners
Represent ComForCare at networking events, meetings, and community forums
Assist with marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and client experiences
Track outreach, referrals, and marketing results
Drive brand visibility and growth in the community
