The Marketing and Communications Specialist reports to the Director of Development and supports all departments and service locations of Crossroads Health through creative and strategic marketing and communications efforts. This role is responsible for social media management, content creation, writing, graphic design, and community relations outreach that advance the organization’s mission and visibility. The position also manages the organization’s donor relations CRM, supporting accurate data tracking, donor engagement, and fundraising communications, and provides administrative and communications support to the Grants Manager, including grant-related materials, reporting support, and coordination across departments. Marketing: Developing, implementing, and evaluating the annual marketing and communications plan across key audiences and channels. Creating and sharing content that engages audiences and generates measurable action. Raising the profile of Crossroads Health and key staff through media outreach and community involvement. Communication: Supporting fundraising by implementing a consistent philanthropic focus throughout our communications vehicles. Managing the development, distribution, and maintenance of all print and electronic collateral and communications, including, but not limited to, newsletters, brochures, event content, social media and website.
