Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work both in-office and in the community
  • Must pass background, registry, and driving record checks
  • Experience with mobile videography and photography (iPhone or similar)
  • Experience managing social media for a business or organization
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Strong eye for design, layout, and brand consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, WordPress, and email platforms

Responsibilities

  • Capture and edit engaging short and long-form videos using mobile equipment
  • Film authentic moments from programs, events, and community activities
  • Create polished content using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms
  • Take photos for marketing, social media, and promotional materials
  • Organize and maintain media files and equipment
  • Plan and manage content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Create posts, reels, and stories that are engaging and on-trend
  • Monitor performance and adjust content strategy based on analytics
  • Engage with followers and help build an active online community
  • Provide monthly insights and recommendations
  • Design newsletters, flyers, brochures, annual reports, and other materials
  • Assist with email campaigns, blogs, and website updates
  • Ensure all materials stay consistent with brand standards
  • Coordinate with vendors for printing and production
  • Support event promotion and provide on-site media coverage
  • Collaborate with staff to gather stories and highlights
