Requirements

Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Demandbase.
Strong understanding of marketing operations fundamentals and pipeline mechanics.

4â7 years of experience in Marketing Operations or similar fields.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day administration of HubSpot Marketing, including campaign setup and optimization.
Manage Demandbase operations in partnership with Demand Gen Managers.
Ensure Salesforce configurations align with marketing operations.
Document marketing operations processes such as campaign intake and reporting.
Maintain data quality and integrity within marketing metrics.
Collaborate on tracking and measuring campaign performance effectively.
Participate in marketing performance reporting and analysis for various intervals.
Review Salesforce pipeline hygiene and identify risks.
