In this role, you will serve as a vital conduit between data and decision-making, transforming analytics into actionable insights that enhance marketing strategies and improve performance. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing investments across channels and campaigns, ensuring that every marketing initiative is informed by precise data analysis. Your insights will drive customer acquisition and retention efforts, contributing to the overall growth of our partner's business. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, or a related field (master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau/Power BI, SQL, and Excel
  • Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution models
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate data into compelling stories
  • Curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation
  • Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning techniques
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and lifecycle analysis
  • Prior work in e-commerce, SaaS, or high-growth startups

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor marketing KPIs across paid media, email, events, and additional channels
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention
  • Lead marketing attribution efforts and build models to understand channel impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Finance) to align marketing goals with business objectives
  • Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize performance
  • Present findings to senior leadership with clarity and strategic insight
  • Stay current on analytics tools, trends, and best practices
