About The Position

We are a leading full-service marketing consulting agency with several offices across the US and work with some of the world's largest brands. We have an immediate need for a Marketing Analytics Director for one of our regional offices. This person will be a progressive thinker and innovator who understands how digital affects every aspect of the client's business. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Math, Statistics, Data Analytics or related field
  • Strong understanding of digital media measurement and reporting
  • 7+ years of data/marketing analytics experience including prior management/ supervisory experience
  • Extensive background using SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis
  • Strong overall digital marketing background across various channels - paid search, display, social, CRM, mobile

Nice To Haves

  • Familiar with PowerBI, DOMO, VBA, is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Define testing and measurement plans
  • Design and build custom reports and dashboards and overall roadmaps
  • Translate complex analyses into meaningful and tangible insights and recommendations
  • Lead, mentor, recruit and manage a team of analysts
  • Develop and own campaign measurement strategies and reporting solutions
  • Utilize a variety of web analytics, data management and B.I. tools (Power BI, Google Analytics, Doubleclick, SQL, AWS, Excel, and various digital measurement services, Cuebiq, Invoca, etc.)
  • Extract, transform, load and blend data and maintain strict standards for data quality and accuracy
  • Assist in planning, measurement, and optimization of the various digital campaigns
  • Develop data-driven insights and recommendations, optimize media performance, and identify opportunities to deliver added value and enhance client relationships
  • Work with data science teams to develop testing strategies and contribute to advanced analytics projects (segmentation, attribution, media mix, etc.)
