People • Customers • Trust The Marketing Analyst is a dual support position for two functional areas in the Sales & Marketing Services Department: Strategic Insights and Sales Compensation, Reporting & Marketing Systems. In supporting Sales Compensation, Reporting & Marketing Systems, the candidate will run queries, update and develop reports for the organization, and support sales compensation processes and assist in systems support. The candidate is expected to interact and foster strong working relationships with sales, PCA plant teams, and corporate departments. In supporting Strategic Insights, the candidate will assist in customer and employee survey development, deployment, analysis of results, report preparation, and communication to both internal stakeholders and external customers. The job requires strong analytical and math skills, taking initiative, and independent judgment. The candidate is expected to become knowledgeable about PCA’s network and capabilities. The Marketing Analyst is expected to be a team player and have a “can-do” attitude to ensure we meet tight deadlines.
