About The Position

We’re looking for a data-driven Marketing Analyst to help optimize growth across acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. This role will focus on turning data into actionable insights that improve marketing performance and drive customer growth. In addition to core marketing analytics, this role will also support broader business insights, and analytics around unauthorized streaming behavior to inform strategy and messaging.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of paid media channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, programmatic) and key performance drivers such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Experience analyzing marketing funnels, attribution, and campaign performance
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in media, sports, streaming, or subscription-based businesses
  • Exposure to managing or directly optimizing paid media campaigns is a plus
  • Familiarity with market research or behavioral analytics
  • Experience with Python

Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance across paid media, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and outbound channels
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track marketing funnel performance and key KPIs
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve conversion, efficiency, and ROI
  • Partner with marketing teams to optimize paid and owned channels, including campaign structure, targeting, and performance drivers
  • Conduct segmentation, cohort analysis, and LTV/CAC modeling
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives
  • Develop insights on customer behavior, preferences, and purchasing drivers
  • Support audience segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Analyze market trends to inform positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
  • Analyze piracy trends, including illegal streaming behaviors and market-level patterns
  • Support identification of high-risk geographies, segments, and business types
  • Collaborate with internal partners to track impact of anti-piracy initiatives
  • Help quantify revenue impact of piracy and measure effectiveness of mitigation efforts
  • Build reporting frameworks that connect piracy insights to marketing strategy (e.g., conversion of illicit users to legitimate customers)
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Piracy teams to align on growth opportunities
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable way
  • Support strategic initiatives across marketing and go-to-market planning
