As a strategic thought‑partner to our executive team, you will translate market signals, customer trends, web experimentation and analytics, and financial realities into decisive growth plays. You’ll own the end‑to‑end insight cycle—sizing opportunities, shaping go‑to‑market bets, and measuring business impact—so that every marketing dollar and product initiative ladders up to sustainable enterprise value. You will partner with leaders across the organization as you work on mission critical projects. This role will challenge you to think strategically and contribute to high-level discussions across the organization. This role will report to the Lead Growth Analyst. This person must be based in the United States or Canada. Hatch is based out of California, so this role would be asked to be available during PST/PDT hours.
